
Another sleepless night.
Seems like no matter what I do I’ve shifted my day rythm too much, and had troubles falling asleep again last night. I do have a lot on my mind though, so that might be kicking in to my sleeplessness as well. So fell asleep around 6 am and got up at 2 pm.. About 1 hour better than yesterday, so if I can just continue in the right direction I’ll get back to a normal rythm again by the end of the week :p
Anyhow, without further ado, let’s get through today’s menu.
Lunch
– Acetyl L-Carnitine in a glass of water
– Coconut oil, one tablespoon, 30 grams?, 270 kcal
Dinner
– Lamb stew (leg and shoulder), 250-300 grams? maybe more, 900 kcal
– Swedish turnip, broccoli and  carrots
Supper
– Liver, cooked in coconut oil, Â 150 grams, 290 kcal
Late snack
– Coconut oil, one tablespoon, 270 kcal
All adding up to a total of 270 + 900 + 290 + 270 = 1730 kcal.
So way too little energy today and protein intake still in the higher range of my target. Not feeling anything problematic energywise, but long term I need to find more ways of incorporating fat in my diet..
