Home sweet home ..

So packed my bags and traveled back home today.

Breakfast
– Vegetable wok with coconut milk and green curry paste, probably about 400 kcal

Lunch
–  Chicken, grilled, half, 200 g?, 432 kcal (34 grams)

Dinner
– Vegetable wok with coconut milk and green curry paste, estimate 625 kcal

Snack
– Blueberries, a handful, 17 kcal

Supper
– Sardines, smoked and canned, 80 grams, 150 kcal (13 grams)

So a total of 400 + 432 + 625 + 16 + 150 =  1623 kcal and 34 + 13 = 47 grams.

The calories are on the low side, but with today’s activity level it’s not too bad, and the proteins should be sufficient.

Now that I’m back home I’ll catch up on a few things and soon I am at finally giving you an overview of the science behind choosing fat over carbohydrates, and of course with some additional sources and reading material to boot 😉
