Wok’s the word..

Breakfast
– Acetyl L-Carnitine
– Vegetable wok 500 g + 250 ml coconut milk: 625 kcal, 12.5 g protein, 37.5 g carbs, 47 g fat

Lunch (post workout)
– Wild Salmon, 125 g, 142.5 kcal (25 g protein, 0 carbs, 4.75 g fat)

Snack
– Blueberries, aproximately a cup

Dinner
– Coconut oil, one tablespoon, 30 g
– Vegetable wok 450 g + 250 ml coconut milk: 587 kcal, 12 g protein, 28 g carbs, 47 g fat

Quite a bit of woking today, tomorrow I’ll go for more beef and some omega-3 capsules if I remember taking it..

Energy intake somewhat on the low side, will up that as well.
